Grand paws did an excellent job of taking care of our pups and home while we were away.  Communication was constant and we received video and photo updates daily.  Dana went out of her way to spend extra time with the dogs, rather than just do the bare minimum walk and leave.  She also brought in mail and took out the trash so it would not be apparent to anyone that we were out of town. A very positive experience starting with Dana's(the owner) enthusiasm and passion for animals and how best to care for my cat and assure me that he is in good hands...... to Claire who took care of Brody each time. I loved the consistency and Claire has a talent in taking pics that capture my cat's personality. He  obviously enjoys being home and greets her at the door. Claire is very conscientious in texting a note after a visit. Claire is also great about taking my mail in, garbage cans, plants. She does it all. I am so thankful for their service. I had used another home service and kennels prior to using Grand Paws with disappointments. I like how they get back to you if you have questions. I had a real emergency and needed to fly out of town the next morning. After calling numerous pet sitting companies to care for my two precious pups and reaching none, I ultimately reached Dana (the owner), who was able to set me up with Claire. Claire came by my home that very evening to meet my dogs. She then cared for them for the next few days. She is a blessing as was this company! I am a customer for life! And my pups LOVED Claire. I received text updates every day with photos and a recap of her visit with them, she brought my mail in and organized (!!) it and left me a handwritten note upon my return. I am so grateful to have found Grand Paws. I moved here from out of state, and after having the same pet sitter for years, I didn’t even know where to start. Dana was quick to respond, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She visited before my first trip out of town and spent a lot of time getting to know my kitty. Each time I leave him, she and her team send cute pics of play time and him being affectionate, which eases the guilt about me leaving him. Grand Paws is a great solution to handling my canine logistics when I travel. I had used them with great success nearly 10 years ago and moved out of state. I was so happy to learn that they are still going strong. Kit was exceptional in her care of my pups on my recent trip.
